**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Line Server to join our dynamic team in our bustling restaurant. As a Line Server, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

Take orders from guests and input into the point-of-sale system
Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food delivery
Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Restock supplies as needed
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers

**Pre-Service Tasks:**

Light prep work including making sauces and mixing batches of food for service
Restock supplies, such as condiments and napkins

**Service Tasks:**

Take orders from guests and input into the point-of-sale system
Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

**Requirements:**

1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training preferred

**Work Environment:**

The Front of House area is a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise and activity.
Must be able to work in a well-lit area with good ventilation.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position with varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime may be required during peak periods.
