ProAction Products is your Southern California injection molding partner for custom injection molding technologies, mold construction, and contract manufacturing needs. We are ready to serve clients from our 30,000 square foot facility and headquarters in Van Nuys, California. Our ISO9001 certified management system is comprised of onsite Customer Service, Production Management, Inventory Management, Raw Material Management, Machine Operators, Quality Assurance, Product Inspection, Accounting, and Technical Leadership.

Beyond injection molding services, ProAction Products offers our clients additional value added services. These include product assembly, part dimensional verification, first article inspection (AS9102, PPAP), process capability analysis, customer mold maintenance, customer mold refurbishment and repair, inventory management, product storage/3PL, and trusted advisor services for resin selection for application success.

Van Nuys custom injection molding company is seeking a qualified process engineer.

  • A minimum of ten years of specialized experience is required.
  • Scientific molding (RJG, Bozzelli, etc) certification and practice are highly desirable.
  • A process engineer develops and monitors the multitude of settings specific to each mold, machine and resin.
  • In depth knowledge of engineering plastics (Ultem, Radel, Lexan, etc) along with commodity grade resins (polyolefins, styrene, ABS, etc) is needed. Written skills to chart processes plus ability to lead setup technicians on proper procedures are necessary.
  • Written and spoken English fluency is mandatory.
