About Us: 
iON Pharma USA LLC is seeking a talented and creative part-time Graphic Designer / Commercial Artist to join our team. This role involves working on a diverse range of projects, from designing brochures to creating web pages and advertising materials.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design Creation: Develop materials using a mix of traditional hand-drawing techniques and advanced graphic design software. This includes creating illustrations, layouts, and designs for brochures, web pages, advertising campaigns, and annual reports. 

  • Team Interaction: Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members from project initiation through to final delivery. Generate drafts and mockups for review, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions. 

  • Project Management: Review and finalize designs with team, ensuring all revisions are completed and the final product meets expectations. 

  • Portfolio & Archive: Maintain an updated portfolio of prior work and keep a detailed archive to track project progress and interactions. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. 

  • Artistic Talent: Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity. 

  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in graphic illustration software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools. 

  • Strategic Planning: Capability to plan and execute design strategies that align with company needs and project objectives. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate design effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Portfolio: Maintain a comprehensive portfolio showcasing prior work and design achievements.
