JOB DESCRIPTION

Monument Realty, The Official Real Estate Company of The Dallas Cowboys, The Texas Rangers, The PGA of America and Dak Prescott, is looking to fill our Office Administrator role in Fort Worth, TX. This position will consist of providing administrative support to the agents in our Fort Worth office, as well as work with the Office Leader in social/digital media & recruiting efforts. The perfect candidate will be a college graduate with a Hospitality or Hospitality-related degree, or have a minimum of four years work experience in a similar role. This person will be creative and innovative, while being eager to learn from the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality (or similar degree) OR four years of administrative experience
  • Customer service background/knowledge
  • Proficiency in Social Media & Canva
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Social, upbeat, energetic
  • Ability to be flexible with hours (attend after-hours events, etc.)
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Close proximity to the Forth Worth office preferred

POSITION INFORMATION

  • $45,000 Base Salary + Benefits
  • Start Date: TBD
  • Type: In-office, full-time position @ 1320 Hemphill Street Suite 100 | Fort Worth
  • Hours: Monday - Friday |9AM-4PM (hours subject to change depending on busy season)
  • Report to: Jason Cryer - Fort Worth Office Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome incoming guests
  • Answer emails and telephone calls from agents and clients in a timely manner
  • Manage our training calendar ensuring that trainings, events, and meetings are scheduled appropriately
  • Assist with virtual meetings via Microsoft TEAMS
  • Assist with on-boarding new agents for your designated office
  • Assist with our Agent training program & Agent awards
  • Operate standard office equipment (copier, printer, computers)
  • Assist with event set up & breakdown
  • Other administrative tasks, as needed, including but not limited to managing vendor partnerships
  • Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Work with Office Leader & Director of Marketing to:
  • Collect content (photos, videos) for Fort Worth FB group/FB & Instagram
  • Create & maintain social media calendar, pushing out content on consistent basis
  • Engage with Fort Worth agents to build out account
