We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with a specialization in supply chain analytics to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of business analysis, data analytics, and supply chain analytics. With at least 5 years of experience, you will be instrumental in developing and refining Supply Chain Risk data solutions for our distinguished clients across various industries.

Your role will involve conducting thorough analyses of supply chain analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement. By leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, alongside your storytelling skills, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights. These insights will drive process improvements and enhance efficiency in our clients' supply chain operations, facilitating strategic decisions.

The Supply Chain Analyst position in our team transcends traditional responsibilities by emphasizing the strategic application of supply chain analytics to influence business decisions, performance improvements, and innovation. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing data solutions that make a significant impact.

Your responsibilities will include extracting and analyzing data, crafting compelling narratives that bridge technical gaps, and becoming a strategic partner to our clients by offering insights to refine tools and processes daily. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to swiftly identify and address the root causes of challenges.

This position is crucial for bridging technical expertise with a strong narrative sense, all while working intimately with our clients to drive actionable insights. Although primarily operating in a remote virtual environment, occasional travel may be required for on-site engagements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Effective Communication:
Engage with both internal and external customers to accurately understand and document their data requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with different stakeholders’ needs.
Performance Metrics Analysis: Regularly monitor and assess key performance metrics within the supply chain to gauge efficiency, identify anomalies, and highlight areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Trends Identification: Analyze supply chain data to uncover trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities, leveraging statistical tools and methodologies.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the Supply Chain product team, business process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend processes, collect relevant data, and grasp the impact of current processes and systems on data quality.
Data Management: Execute data extraction, validation, cleansing, harmonization, and the application of business logic to ensure high-quality data for decision-making.
Understanding Data Relationships: Gain a thorough understanding of key data relationships and customer data domains to support effective analytics solutions.
Customer Data Model Development: Collaborate with Data Architects to define and maintain a robust customer data model and analytics solutions that meet business needs.
Dashboard and Report Development: Create and sustain performance dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide real-time insights into supply chain operations.
Data Governance: Work with stakeholders to manage data match/merge processes, ensuring data integrity through survivorship and trust rules in line with the organization's data governance policies.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct analyses to pinpoint operational bottlenecks and suggest actionable solutions for addressing these challenges.
Process Improvement Support: Champion the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives based on insights drawn from data analysis.
Data Integration Assistance: Help customers with the validation of data integration from operational systems to new solutions, ensuring seamless transitions.
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues in collaboration with client product teams, ensuring continuous operational efficiency.
Research and Development: Investigate new statistical and mathematical techniques that can be applied to solve business-related problems within the supply chain context.
Industry Trends Awareness: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain performance analysis to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. 
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required (STEM curriculum preferred)

Required Skills:
Supply Chain Analytics:
Proficiency in advanced analytics for evaluating and improving supply chain processes, including identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Ability to collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality data insights, develop performance monitoring dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations for process optimization. Skilled in conducting root cause analyses to address disruptions and drive process improvements.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large-scale datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and trends. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data-driven decision-making.
Business Analysis Awareness:
Familiarity with the fundamentals of requirements gathering, process modeling, and understanding business needs. Knowledgeable about bridging the communication gap between stakeholders and IT, and translating business needs into understandable terms. Aware of tools and techniques like UML, flowcharts, and user stories to conceptualize business processes.
Product Analysis Familiarity: Basic understanding of identifying product trends using user data and an awareness of user feedback comparison for product feature improvement. Capable of translating quantitative findings into strategies and recognizing user behaviors to glean insights that can influence product roadmaps.
Operational Analysis Understanding: Possesses a foundational comprehension of monitoring and assessing workflow efficiencies, optimizing resource use, and anticipating operational challenges. Familiar with the use of data analytics to enhance process efficiencies and minimize operational expenditures.
Build Relationships with Key Partners: Fostering strong, collaborative connections with individuals and groups who have an interest in the project or initiative, understanding their needs and concerns, and ensuring they're informed and involved throughout the process.
Azure Cloud Platform and Data Services: Familiar with Azure's offerings and data services, including VMs, Blob Storage, SQL Database, Data Factory, Databricks, and more.
Database Technologies: In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas and SQL query optimization.
Data Visualization:
Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Ability to create intuitive dashboards for data exploration, product insights, and operational reporting.
Data Governance and Monitoring: Understanding of data governance tools and principles to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance. Awareness of best practices related to maintaining and enhancing data quality.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong abilities and analytical thinking to tackle complex challenges. Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and debug data-related issues.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Data Analytics, cloud platforms, product analysis, operational analytics, and business analysis methodologies. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
