Job DescriptionJob Description

Express Employment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join a great team as a 1st Shift Quality Assurance. As a Quality Assurance professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to monitor and improve product quality
  • Identify and address any quality-related issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
  • Document and report on quality metrics, including non-conformities and corrective actions taken
  • Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on quality control processes and requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Strong knowledge of precision measuring equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical specifications and blueprints
  • Experience in conducting inspections and audits
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of industry regulations and standards
  • Availability for 1st shift hours
