The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills to ensure that both processes and products consistently align with or surpass the set quality criteria.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis of quality concerns, leveraging statistical and analytical methodologies alongside advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Propose and implement sustainable corrective measures that are cost-effective.
  • Evaluate quality metrics from both internal and external sources to ensure their interrelation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to address issues beyond plant control.
  • Oversee engineering modifications, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt execution.
  • Carry out product assessment requests to validate the robustness of product or process modifications prior to full-scale implementation.
  • Advise on and validate rework methodologies.
  • Establish inspection protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Must be local and available to work any shift.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Automotive Engineering, Engineering Quality, or Manufacturing Quality.
  • Prior experience with problem-solving tools and statistical analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Excellent critical thinking and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (0-20%).
