This position supports various administrative tasks critical to the club's functioning, including membership management, office supply procurement, and overall administrative assistance.

Standard Requirements

  4. Regularly communicate with your supervisor regarding departmental issues and updates.

  6. Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information and data.
  7. Meet or exceed departmental productivity standards and goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Supervision of Front Desk/Concierge Team:
    1. Oversee daily operations and performance of front desk staff.
    2. Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
    3. Train, mentor, and schedule front desk personnel.
    4. Handle member and guest inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  2. Office Supplies Management
    1. Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
    2. Ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipment is maintained.
  3. Administrative Support
    1. Support various departments with administrative tasks to enhance overall club operations.
    2. Prepare membership application packets for prospective members, assist in maintaining the club's membership database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records, and provide support for other membership tasks as needed.

Education and Work Experience Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field.
  2. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. A minimum of an associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
