Job DescriptionJob Description

CoveredSix Security (www.Covered6.com) is seeking experienced prior law enforcement, prior military service, or experienced executive protection agents for a position with Covered 6 as an Estate Protection and Local Travel Close Protection Agent in Beverly Hills California. You must possess a BSIS exposed firearm carry permit and be HR 218, or possess a valid California CCW. Candidates must possess OC spray and Taser current certifications. You will be interacting with the client, the clients family, visitors, guests, and staff on a daily basis. Therefore, you must be warm, friendly, and approachable. Stoic personalities need not apply. Candidates must be tactically sound, and remain calm under extreme pressure and stress. Agents will be in full Covered 6 uniform equipped with exposed carry firearm, Taser, OC spray, flashlight and other duty equipment while on post at the estate, and transition to plain clothes, concealed carry while traveling locally with the client and/or clients family. Therefore, candidates must be flexible and adaptable. Candidates must be able to perform designated job duties and abide by company/industry policies and procedures.

 

Pay Rate: Full-time, $25 and up Depending on experience and qualifications

Mandatory Employment Requirements:

  • Excellent to outstanding physical fitness level with a physically fit appearance, height proportion to weight.

  • Valid/active BSIS exposed firearms permit and HR 218, or valid CA CCW

  • Possess OC spray and Taser current certifications

  • California Guard Card

  • Current CPR|AED|First Aid certification

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Employment verification, background check

  • Valid US Citizenship or Permanent Alien Residency

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Pass an FBI shooting qualification

  • Maintain and possess own mid/full size 9mm semi-auto (preferably Glock)

  • Prior experienced prior law enforcement, prior military service, or experienced executive protection agent experience is required
