Position/Title: Electromechanical Manufacturing Assembler II

Location: Camarillo, CA

Reporting To: Sr. Director of Manufacturing

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $22.00-27.00/hr.

 

This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the potential for full time hire after 90 days.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assembly of PBS Products and adhere to the rules.
  • Perform mechanical assembly of PBS disposable, sub-assembled products and electromechanical equipment following the Company’s Manufacturing Procedures as well as the guidance of the Engineering team.
  • Test assembled products, sub assembly and electromechanical equipment.
  • Support QC inspection of incoming parts.
  • Plan and coordinate manufacturing problems or ideas for operation efficiency improvement with management.
  • Keep accurate records of products produced and finishing appropriate paperwork related to manufacturing.
  • Update procedures as needed.
  • Train manufacturing assemblers and supporting daily activity of Operations as needed.
  • Support supervisor and Manager as needed.
  • Flexible to any change as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Manufacturing experience, documentation knowledge, communication.

Knowledge/ Experience

  • High School Diploma

Skills Needed:

    • Soldering
    • Circuit board assembly
    • Wire harness assembly
    • Proficient use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Algebra knowledge
    • Communication
    • Software downloading
    • Code Entry
    • Trouble Shooting
