Job Description:
This role will be responsible for operationalizing processes to maximize R&D digital data products team effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
• Working closely with R&D Digital leadership to establish Program Management Operating processes.
• Preparing powerful visual presentations for communicating strategy, key messages, and processes.
• Assisting the head of Digital R&D Data Products with overseeing day-to-day operations (portfolio planning & demand management, budget, resources, value realization);
• Strengthening ways of working including agile and product-based delivery methods, and Proactively managing portfolio issues/risks and establishing mechanisms to define, report and monitor realization of KPIs and business outcomes across Products/Programs.
Team Management and Ways of Working
• Builds network of stakeholders across digital and business stakeholders to advance PMO processes and overall ways of working for digital data products operations.
• Has responsibility to surface issues, escalate risks and proactively prevent problems before they occur associated with digital data products and services.
• May directly lead internal or external project managers / scrum masters applied to product teams and projects.
Minimum Required skills:
• 5+ years in digital program / product management and managing PMO functions in a global setting
• Track record of success in full life cycle program management of large, complex digital/data/analytics projects.
• Experience managing or coaching product teams and driving adoption of agile product-development practices in a large Enterprise setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication. Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams. Presentation and organizational skills, interpersonal skills to ensure efficient relationship with all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate and influence teams without direct authority.
