Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness in the vape and CBD oil industry. They will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for developing effective marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure individual and collective success.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with product development teams to innovate new offerings and enhance existing products based on customer feedback and market demand.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all sales and marketing activities adhere to legal requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to senior management.
- Continuously strive to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the vape or CBD oil industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and market segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to the vape and CBD oil industry is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
