Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day general accounting duties
  • Maintain accurate financial data for multi-company transactions
  • Bank and BS reconciliations
  • Generate initial bi-weekly payroll batch
  • Cross-train on AP 
  • Participate in ME close and annual audit as requested

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent of experience
  • NetSuite preferred
  • Paylocity experience is a huge plus
  • Understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting
  • Ability to multi-task and pivot as needed
