Job Summary: The Direct-to-Consumer Website Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our direct-to-consumer websites. This role involves enhancing user experience, driving online sales, and ensuring our online platforms perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, website management, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the direct-to-consumer websites.
    • Ensure all website content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search engines.
    • Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website updates and improvements.

  2. User Experience Optimization:

    • Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements.

  3. E-Commerce Operations:

    • Manage product listings, inventory levels, and pricing strategies.
    • Coordinate with the category management team to ensure all products are accurately represented on the website.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.

  4. Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
    • Work with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies.

  5. Customer Service:

    • Address customer inquiries and issues related to website transactions.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  6. Technical Support:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
    • Work with IT and external vendors to ensure website functionality and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce website management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
