Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with a strong development background and expertise in Power Apps and Excel to join our team. In this role, you will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) by developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You’ll work on creating automated workflows, data integrations, and user-friendly applications that align with DHA’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and solutions to meet business needs.
- Create and customize SharePoint web parts, libraries, lists, and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft tools.
- Develop and implement automated processes, data visualizations, and reporting solutions in Power Apps and Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide training on SharePoint applications and capabilities.
- Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization for SharePoint applications.
- Ensure compliance with DHA’s IT and data security protocols.
- Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for existing SharePoint applications and integrations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with strong proficiency in SharePoint development (e.g., custom web parts, workflows).
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps for building and deploying business applications.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, macros, and integration with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation and data integration.
- Understanding of SharePoint Online and related Office 365 services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with a distributed team and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within healthcare, government, or DoD environments.
- Knowledge of DHA or related Defense Health systems.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related areas.
Security Clearance:
- U.S. citizenship Required
- Has a DOD CAC (Common Access Card) or ability to obtain a CAC
- Bachelor’s degree
