Full Time or Part Time In-Person Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or Family and Marriage Therapist (LMFT). As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide individuals with the psycho-social support and education needed to address their identified mental well-being needs. Services include activation, assessment, diagnosis, advocacy, and delivery of counseling services in a skilled nursing facility setting. Compensation determined by licensure and experience.

Necessary Qualifications
– Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed (clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), or Family and Marriage Therapist (LMFT)
– Excellent diagnostic skills, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including but not limited to, motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
– Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and team skills
– A deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
– Demonstrates understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
– Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
