Must have a minimum of 8 Years of Experience in Both Commercial and Residential construction fields.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors as needed
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Required Qualifications:
- Certified Graduate Degree in Construction Management
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- REQUIRED to be proficient with construction management softwares (i.e. Procore, Buildertrend, MS Excel, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Computer Skills REQUIRED
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Confirmed time management and leadership skills.
