Your Role:

  1. “Tow and Show”: Your day-to-day duties involve safely operating a 1-ton pickup while towing equipment. You’ll showcase our products to customers, emphasizing their Features, Functions, and Benefits.
  2. Holistic Approach: You’ll be part of all aspects of business relationships, including parts and service. Don’t worry—the industry’s strongest service teams have your back.
  3. Essential Skills:
    1. Effective communication
    2. Hard-working attitude
    3. Basic equipment knowledge
    4. Strong organizational skills

Requirements:

We’re seeking passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

  1. Organizational and Territorial Management Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability in relationship building, customer retention, and account penetration.
    • Proficiency in managing territories effectively.
  2. At Least 3 Years of Equipment Sales Experience:
    • Proven track record in equipment sales.
    • Your experience will be valued and put to good use.
  3. Strong Communication and Organizational Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  4. Computer Skills (MS Office and CRM):
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
    • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  5. Valid Driver’s License:
    • Essential for the role.
    • Ability to travel within the territory.
  6. Background Check and Drug Screening:
    • Must pass both.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting to 50 pounds.
  • Towing and demonstrating heavy construction equipment.
  • Driving is necessary.

Work Environment:

  • Low noise level.

8am - 5pm
