Job Description: Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Look no further We are seeking a talented individual to join us as our Office Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Oversee day-to-day office tasks, such as managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.

  • Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for sales consultations and project estimates to ensure timely client service.

  • Financial Assistance: Assist with invoicing, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Resource Management: Manage office supplies and procurement processes to keep our office running smoothly.

  • HR Assistance: Support with recruitment coordination and employee onboarding to maintain a cohesive team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in office management or administration, preferably within the construction industry.

  • Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.

  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
