We have worked with our current client for the past 15 years and they are looking for a strong Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk in their Plymouth, Mi. location.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Description:

  • Experience using Excel: Formulas and Pivot Tables
  • Handling emails for team and providing support to our customers and operations/IT group.
  • Reviewing customer aging’s and following up with customers on payment
  • Working within a customer’s portal to review why an invoice is not getting paid, fixing the error so that payment will process.
  • Processing and submitting manual invoices.
  • Reviewing customer short/overpayments and determining what is needed.

M-F
8:30am-5pm
1/2 hour lunch unpaid

$18-$20 an hour

Accounts Receivable Clerk Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Previous office experience required
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Accounting experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
