Title Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team at Victory Automotive Group. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and applying for titles and registrations/plates with the applicable state, as well as maintaining accurate records and performing various other accounting responsibilities.

• Manage and apply for titles and registrations/plates with the applicable state
• Maintain accurate records and perform various other accounting responsibilities
• Build relationships and communications with dealership personnel
• Perform title audits in a timely manner
• Observe all Federal, Local, and Company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations in the performance of duties

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
• Comfortable performing Data Entry and working in multiple software programs
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to take initiative
• Well organized and capable of performing detailed follow up as necessary
