As a Operations Assistant, You will:
· Travel and inspect installations as needed
· Oversee and/or perform warehouse cleanliness duties
· Inventory Management
· Operate forklift, pulling material, making cuts, loading and unloading materials.
· Schedule Measures and Installs.
· Maintain Templates.
· Process Build Orders.
· Take calls from Flooring Technicians, Sales Representatives, and Clients to handle challenges regarding installation.
· Load out to Sub-Contractors.
· Maintain communication with Sub-Contractors.
· Make sure that installs are completed according to schedule.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide to complete basic mathematical functions.
· Basic computer knowledge including Word processing software and be a beginner to intermediate Excel user.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
· Maintain Forklift Certification.
· Lift and move up to 100 pounds.
· Required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
