The Transformation Club is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Training Coach to join our team. As a Group Training Coach, you will be responsible for leading our clients through effective and engaging group training sessions. You will work with individuals and groups of all fitness levels, helping them achieve their fitness goals through safe and challenging workouts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead group training sessions in a safe, engaging, and effective manner.
  • Implement innovative and challenging workouts and provide modifications to meet the needs of each client.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to clients, and help them develop healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Educate clients on proper exercise form, nutrition, and injury prevention.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, and provide exceptional customer service.

 

We are currently hiring for evening sessions. Our evening schedule is as follows:

Mondays @ 4:30 pm & 5:30 pm

Tuesdays @ 5:00 pm

Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm & 5:30 pm

Thursdays @ 5:00 pm

*NOTE:  You would not need to cover all of the hours.

We help people over 40 who’ve struggled with weight loss and fitness most of their lives to create a real transformation that sticks so that they can finally enjoy the health, confidence, and vitality they deserve. We do this through a transformational combination of individualized workouts, personalized nutrition coaching, powerful life-changing mindset work, and good old-fashioned caring. :-)

Most people initially come to us with weight loss as their top goal so that's definitely a primary objective of the programming, however, it goes so far beyond that...

With our proprietary methodology, we help our clients build muscle, burn fat, increase strength, improve mobility, build a rock-solid core, and “bulletproof” their joints.

In addition, we help them develop strong self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-love so that they can show up powerfully in every area of their life.

Finally, we give them the knowledge, tools, and resources to develop “food freedom”, get off the diet & exercise carousel (going round and round from program to program), and stop riding the weight loss roller coaster (losing, gaining, losing, gaining, on so on) once and for all.
