As build out front end framework, be able to build reusable components and be able to scale. Specific tech: modern javascript libraries -likely vue.js preferred. React or Angular fine.

Document/training team members on new standards that this person establishes.

Personality: coaching, do the work/be able to explain it to others/document, share knowledge/work well with others. Takes ownership - moving things forward. When a request comes in, has the foresight on how it will affect things 6 months down the road.

This role is two fold:

1- Need someone to modernize front end of the ecommerce storefront. Build/design patterns, make reusable. Less adhoc, more standards for 2024. This person needs the tech chops and foresight to determine what architecture should be, as well as document and share with rest of the team for them to follow the standard.

2- Taking on business asks as they come on. Prefer someone that knows older way of doing things in magento, but will be able to incorporate into new standards as you go

· Looking for someone to modernize the frontend of our ecommerce storefront

· Utilize modern js libraries, such as vue

· Ability to own front end standards for scalability as well as knowledge sharing with other members of the team

· Ability to move current business asks for in parallel with moving towards a target architecture
