EPICOR KINETIC PROJECT MANAGER 

Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Epicor Kinetic Project Manager to lead a comprehensive evaluation and optimization of our financial operations within the system. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Epicor Kinetic, coupled with strong project management and analytical skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Project Leadership: Assume overall responsibility for the Epicor Kinetic project, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure. 

  • System Assessment: Conduct a thorough evaluation of the current Epicor Kinetic system setup, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and automation. 

  • Financial Optimization: Focus on optimizing financial operations, including general ledger close, reconciliation to SWIFT, and reporting. 

  • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with agency stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. 

  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive support documentation and deliver training to users as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic technical experience with a strong emphasis on financial modules. 

  • Proven expertise in BAQ development, email notifications, inventory/warehouse setup, and A/R automation. 

  • Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with portfolio management.
