Compensation: Pay is dependent on experience, ranging from $54 to $65 per hour.

Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Client interaction and coordination.
  • Lead design, production, and project delivery.
  • Guide the design team through the construction documentation and permit approval processes.
  • Conduct code compliance and quality assurance reviews of projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure design integrity and oversee construction administration of projects.
  • Assist in enhancing firm-wide documentation procedures and standards.
  • Support project management in staffing, fee estimation, and scheduling.
  • Assist with proposal and budget development, as well as project status updates.
  • Provide technical guidance to project staff and share expertise within the firm.
Architectural Project Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture is preferred.
  • Registered Architect in good standing is required; NCARB certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in all phases of architectural design, production, and management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and Revit; knowledge of 3D rendering is a plus.
  • Experience in site planning and strong design capabilities.
  • Experience across a variety of project types, including retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
