Nor Cal Ram-Jack is a A Sacramento based construction firm specializing in Foundation repair, including Helical Pier Installation. Area of coverage may extend from Nevada Border to San Francisco Bay area. We are hiring Permit Coordinator / Logistics Manager who will responsible for day to day operations. Experience or a basic understanding of foundations is desirable, but not required. Training will be provided.

The Logistics manager will ensure that all crews have the necessary tools, documents, materials, and support members in order to install finish projects in a timely manner. Overseeing day to day operations of a construction sector. Majority is office work but light physical labor inspecting company vehicles are in a good condition, ordering and receiving materials. Driving to job sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed.

Day-to-Day Operations:

-Obtaining building permits

-Coordinate Sales contract with Engineer of record

-Ensure Engineers or SI Agencies have all supporting documents and measurements

-Vehicle maintenance

-Tool Maintenance

-Responsible for Meeting OSHA requirements

-Order materials

-Keep up with Certifications

-Maintaining neat yard space

- Maintaining Crew time cards and reimbursements

-Construction geotechnical/ foundation building experience preferred.

-Must have knowledge of excel or Smartsheet.

-Managing crews hours

-Schedule Projects and coordinate with Home Owners on a weekly basis for project updates



REQUIREMENTS

  • -High school diploma or GED preferred;
  • -Must have basic construction knowledge. Foundation / Engineering experience a plus
  • -Must be able to crawl under houses/buildings to inspect foundation
  • -Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • -MUST pass criminal background check
  • -MUST pass drug screen
  • -MUST have a current Drivers License and a clean DMV record
  • -MUST complete a Live Scan
  • -This is a full-time position.
  • Company Vehicle / Phone / Computer to be supplied after 90-day probation / training
  • -Must pass drug test
  • -Clean Driving Record
  • -Must pass background check
