What You’ll Do:

· Work closely with the Division Managers to ensure a smooth restorative process for our clients and customers.

· Handle structure dry-out from start to finish with minimal supervisions in accordance with IICRC and company high-quality standards.

· Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.

· Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.

· Prepare rooms / areas for work activities.

· Provide detailed inventory sheets/lists as well as scope sheets / tick sheets daily.

· Taking accurate inventory / photo documentation of all items.

· Cleaning / Packing of all household items for proper cleaning and storage.

· Cleaning / structure cleaning to homes/commercial losses.

 

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license – (Chauffer’s license is a plus)

· High school diploma / GED required.

· Bending, kneeling, and twisting, lifting a minimum of 50 lb. regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

· Good communication skills

· On-the-job training: we want you to develop a career with our company

· Ability to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals.

· Ability to sit / stand/ walk for prolonged periods of time.
