Manage assigned account emails, orders, receivers, projects, and reporting.

* Ensure timely email responses for assigned accounts.

o 15-minute initial response time

o All follow-up emails are addressed timely.

* Manage timeliness of receipt check-in and necessary email confirmations.

o Manage and update communication board accordingly (Excel)

o Inbound receipts are set up prior to container arrival and all necessary information has been received from the customer/transportation company.

o Inbound reaches a “received complete” status within the 24-hour dock to stock timeframe.

* Verify necessary paperwork for orders are processed, all tracking numbers are updated, and order shipped on a timely basis.

o Daily reporting is updated and sent to customer timely – daily (Excel)

o Schedule and communicate with carriers for pickup

o Manage expedited shipping requirements as customer requests

o Attention to detail – labels, Pallet ID, Shipping Destinations are accurate

o Handle Revised or canceled orders

o How to get drivers paperwork together (tally and D.O.’s – does everything match)

* Reporting: as requested by customer and approved by management.

* Understanding BOL’s

o 3rd party, collect, prepaid

o PCS vs PLTS

o How drivers should sign for it
