In-House Agency would like to add a hybrid Account Manager/Project Manager to build relationships with internal stakeholders, manage projects with Creative team that support the Chick-fil-A Comms plan. He/she will be a forward thinker, detail oriented and empowered to positively influence people and processes. The candidate should thrive in a team environment and work alongside the creative team and stakeholders, coordinating production details to ensure ideas are successfully translated.


Since the AM/PM is representing the In-House Agency brand, they should be calm under pressure, knowledgeable of the creative workflow, and be able to take a proactive approach to find solutions to seemingly difficult situations.


Zoning in on the following qualifications:

• Workfront experience is a must

• Experience working with creatives (Art Director, Copywriter, Designers) and managing creative projects

• Experience with videography and photography production

• Experience with social media and web asset creation

o Social platforms and their functionalities + limitations

• Cross-function collaboration


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Manage projects related to yearly Comms plan, and in-restaurant messaging needs. Close collaboration with stakeholders on POP (Point of Purchase) creative that ships chain-wide to all Chick-fil-A restaurants for each campaign.

• Have an intimate knowledge of the specific projects on creative + production calendar and build out schedules for each project and ensure that the stakeholder is always informed of status and schedule

• Proactively establish tasks for assigned projects, from briefing to delivery with all interim tasks clearly outlined, and communicate to the executor of each task regarding expectations, deadlines etc.

• Establish daily communication, as necessary, with the team regarding upcoming tasks for the

next 24-48 hours and shift work as needed amongst the team to meet deadlines

• Manage multi-jobs at once and collaborate with legal, proof creative to ensure all revisions have been incorporated

• Act as liaison between the stakeholder and creative team, and share detailed, concise stakeholder feedback with creative team in a clear manner

• Coordinate with production as photo shoots need to be scheduled

• As projects are dispatched, the AM/PM will keep track of number of assets/projects IHA completes, and enter into asset tracker


SKILLSET QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be even keel, with the ability to juggle multiple projects as necessary, while continuing timely communication with the stakeholder and team members

• Have a heart to serve which will be reflected in incredible customer service and relationship building with our stakeholders

• Strong multi-tasking skills as will be managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Operate with a sense of urgency when needed and have ability to discern when a project deadline is in jeopardy and make shifts accordingly

• Superb planning and organization abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• 4+ years of account management/project management, preferably in an agency environment

• Digital experience is a plus

• Basic understanding of production verbiage

• Expertise with project management software tools

• Business/Tech constant learnings/interest to push and challenge status quo

• This role also builds experience for managing trade-offs/decision making


MAC computer required - Digital platform experience required
