Description:

We are hiring a Traveling Painter Foreman as a Full-time, employee based out of NC. This position will require travel up to 100% outside of the local market. Starting pay for this position will be $25.00-$28.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be hard-working and eager to learn the various services our company offers to our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, as well as train and supervise a crew of painters.


As a Traveling Painter Foreman with PostedPM, you will travel to customer locations to complete interior and exterior painting jobs.


Traveling Painter Foreman Job Requirements:

  • No specific certifications or minimum education requirements for this role.
  • Overnight/out of town travel. (100%)
  • To operate a company vehicle, you must be at least 25 years of age. (Insurance purposes)
  • Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License subject to continuous review.
  • Experience trailering up to 15k LBs
  • Must be able to lift and carry up-to 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Must meet background check and drug test requirements.


Traveling Painter Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize customer needs and balance workload.
  • Train and supervise painting crew.
  • Ensure PostedPM Procedures are followed.
  • Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA.
  • Must be comfortable with and confident working at heights.
  • Weigh less than 275 lbs, due to ladder weight restriction limit.
  • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Be comfortable using technology to access our customer & company platforms.
  • Work independently with remote supervision.
  • A typical work week will require 40 – 50 hours.
  • Integrity – we expect our technicians to always act with integrity.
  • Demonstrate a superior Customer Service attitude.


Traveling Painter Foreman Preferred Experience:

  • Commercial painting
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work on small equipment
  • Supervising small crews of painters

  • Our positions require additional travel to a variety of locations throughout the country. We pay all travel and lodging expenses as well as a generous $59 per Diem per travel day when away from your home.

  • Overtime up-to 50 hours (Based on company needs)
