Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Traveling Painter Foreman based out of North Carolina. This role demands extensive travel, potentially up to 100% outside the local area. The starting pay for this position ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, contingent upon experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will be diligent, eager to master our diverse service offerings, and capable of both independent work and crew supervision.

As a Traveling Painter Foreman, you will be responsible for executing both interior and exterior painting projects at various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize customer requirements while managing workload effectively.
  • Train and oversee a team of painters.
  • Adhere to PostedPM's operational procedures.
  • Comply with OSHA ladder safety standards.
  • Work confidently at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Utilize technology to access company and customer platforms.
  • Demonstrate integrity and a strong customer service orientation.

Job Requirements:

  • No specific certifications or minimum educational qualifications are required.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight and out of town.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License, subject to ongoing review.
  • Experience with trailering loads up to 15,000 lbs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Must pass background checks and drug testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial painting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain small equipment.
  • Experience supervising small teams of painters.
