Job Responsibilities

United Employment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company and for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through job boards and other channels
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and candidate profiles
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary packages
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish / English
  • Human Resources certification or similar experience
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment labor laws
  • Familiarity with the COATS system, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: Monday to Friday 40 per week with overtime when necessary
