In this role, you'll wear many hats, including:

  • Sales & Operations: Juggling trade shows, reports, and keeping our sales team happy.
  • Marketing: Creating sales materials, managing social media, and keeping our website cool (like our ice cream).
  • Customer Champion: Providing top-notch service and answering questions with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Social Media Postings and Administration
  • Website edits and updates
  • Tracking Competitive Websites and Industry News/ Trends
  • Project Management - Lead and manage new brand initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate all consumer and field materials and assist in sales execution.
  • Leverage AI where possible.
  • Consumer insights and translate them into actionable consumer driven marketing programs.
  • Research and Communicate Industry Trends

Sales Support

  • Set up all requested trade shows.
  • Develop sales materials as requested for trade shows, distributors, and events.
  • Oversee all product sample requests and mailings.
  • Oversee all POS orders and mailings.
  • Generate monthly sales reports.
  • Be the liaison between the sales team and the operations team.
  • Attending targeted shows.

Operations

  • Check orders email folder and enter new orders into computer.
  • Follow orders through the system from beginning to end, taking ownership and responsibility for all accounts.
  • Provide telephone services to customers when placing orders, supply product information and provide status inquiries on any open orders.
  • Receive and answer customer questions, comments, or complaints by phone, email, or website.
  • Maintain a variety of files, reports, and schedules in the office and in the computer system relative to prices, merchandise, product, services, etc.
  • Maintain pricing in the computer system.
  • Perform special projects or assignments as directed by management.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • Consumer products experience.
  • Proficient with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Photo Shop , Adobe Illustrator.
  • Prior marketing experience and/or brand experience.
  • Ability to understand and explain analytical reports.
  • Ability to learn and understand data and its uses for assigned product line of responsibility.
  • To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
