Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound and prepare medications, following all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist pharmacists in the formulation and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Maintain a clean and organized compounding area.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of compounded medications.
• Manage inventory of compounding supplies and ingredients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a compounding pharmacy technician.
• Current certification and licensure as a pharmacy technician in Maryland.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying shifts.
• Knowledge of compounding techniques and equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
