3 – 4 years of experience as a staff account
3 -4 years of experience in Estate, Trustee and Conservatorship.
3-4 years of experience working in a Law or Legal environment
Prior experience with preparing and filing fiduciary inventories and accountings.
Prior experience preparing fiduciary accountings.
Prior experience with Clio.
Prior experience with GEMS.
Associates degree in a related field

DUTIES:
Prepare Conservatorship, Trustee, and Estate fiduciary accountings.
Calendar important Court deadlines
Assist with communicating with financial institutions to request and receive copies of financial and tax documents.
Assist with communicating with clients, as necessary.
Assist with managing case-related information and documents in a case management system.
Assist with scanning and saving documents, as needed.
Assist with preparing correspondence such as letters and emails.
