Customer Service -- Inside Sales. The ideal candidate should have great phone presence, detailed oriented, good customer service skills and a team player attitude, willing to help out wherever needed.

What you will be doing?

Order Taking, Customer Service, Assisting with Shipping/Receiving and Basic Clerical duties:

- Assisting retail customers via phone, email and in-person with the highest customer service.

- Phone order entry

- Processing simple and complicated orders which could include inventory searches.

- Maintaining detailed and specific order notes.

- Processing returns

- Counting inventory

- Clerical tasks

- Collections

What do you need to qualify?

- High School Degree; Junior College or 4-year College Degree preferred.

- Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

- Administrative and computer skills, including Internet, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Must work well with minimal supervision.

- Good with details.

- Mature, honest, dependable work-ethic.

- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service.

- We are seeking someone who wants to be a great team player and provide a high level of customer service.

We are a leading distributor of competitive and recreational water polo and swim equipment located in the city of Torrance. This is a full-time position with hours generally between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Our work environment is non-corporate, casual dress, and team oriented. Candidate preferably lives in the South Bay area.
