Kika, Inc, is seeking a dynamic, bright, enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team at Kika, Inc We are an entertainment wholesaler that is looking for a well organized, computer savvy person that will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to help drive company success. Needs to be great on the mac/apple computers, detail oriented, good with numbers, light bookkeeping, can handle a fast paced work environment, and a people person. Offering competitive hourly rates based on experience and full benefits. This is a great growth opportunity for the right fit and we offer some flexibility as well.

PDE- Pay to be adjusted based on experience (minimum rate $19/hr)

Located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Preferably residing within a 15 mile radius.

Main Requirements:

  • ONLY LOOKING FOR LONG TIME HAWAII RESIDENTS.
  • Must have lived and worked in Hawaii for 5+ years.
  • Owning a vehicle is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems.
  • Compose Invoices for projects and events.
  • Perform all other / misc. office tasks (ex. restocking supplies, moving material, etc.)
  • Handle tight deadlines and respond to last minute calls.
  • Able to handle pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent with Mac/ Apple computers
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365 Apps.
  • Basic data-entry skills.
  • Good with numbers, light accounting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong detail oriented individual.
  • Strong mathematical and computation skills.
  • ​Strong organizational skills.
