Requirements for the Position:
- Must have a cell phone & computer or laptop with a camera that operates on the Windows system.

- Life Insurance License (Out-of-pocket license fees will apply to candidates if offered the position).
- Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- High School Diploma or GED and pass a background check.
Position Details:
- Remote, work-from-home position, responsibilities include working over the phone and Zoom to assist the clients with enrolling into their benefits.
- "Commission Only" weekly income structure with an opportunity for a weekly bonus.
- Full-time position as a Remote Insurance Sales Associate.
- Associates use a needs-based benefit analysis program to complete applications for our clients which is part of the life insurance sales process.
- Appointment-based work model.
