Job description

  • Under supervision fill the Work Orders by checking the availability of the materials in the Computer System.
  • Make the appropriate change in the Computer System to reflect the outgoing of materials, in order to have an accurate inventory.
  • Distribute the completed work order to the appropriate department.
  • Report to the Manufacturing Manager material that are out of stock. Work orders must be held and reported immediately.
  • Verify inventory to compare physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and adjust errors in order to maintain an accurate inventory count.
  • Responsible for other tasks as may be required for the efficient operation of the department.
  • Keeping all materials and parts organized once received and inspected.

SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is preferred.
  • Ability to take initiative and to report any work related problem to lead person or supervisor immediately.
  • Capable of sitting for long periods of time, reaching, light lifting, stooping, and bending.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
