Under supervision fill the Work Orders by checking the availability of the materials in the Computer System.
- Make the appropriate change in the Computer System to reflect the outgoing of materials, in order to have an accurate inventory.
- Distribute the completed work order to the appropriate department.
- Report to the Manufacturing Manager material that are out of stock. Work orders must be held and reported immediately.
- Verify inventory to compare physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and adjust errors in order to maintain an accurate inventory count.
- Responsible for other tasks as may be required for the efficient operation of the department.
- Keeping all materials and parts organized once received and inspected.

**SKILLS / ABILITIES**:

- Bi-Lingual (spanish) is preferred.
- Ability to take initiative and to report any work related problem to lead person or supervisor immediately.
- Capable of sitting for long periods of time, reaching, light lifting, stooping, and bending.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
