SandersFit Rehab and Therapy, an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic inside of APE Fitness & Performance in Southlake, Texas is looking for a Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our team

Our fast-paced physical therapy clinic is recruiting for a professional front office person that has great presence, a passion for wellness, and loves to help others. Come work with great people and in a great work environment

FULL TIME position M-F. Must be compassionate and patient. Must be professional. Must be extremely organized. Previous experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Please include RESUME to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients promptly and in a helpful manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Obtain accurate patient health insurance, demographics and referral information
  • Collect necessary co-pays and patient financial responsibilities at time of visit
  • Reconcile payment reports
  • Monitor/Manage Patient A/R balances
  • Verification of Insurance Benefits
  • Perform general administrative tasks including faxing, e-filing, and managing patient records
  • Obtain authorizations (training available)
  • Work with other staff members to maintain cleanliness and appearance of work area, lobby and treatment spaces
  • Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25-50 pounds regularly/occasionally

Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
