Accounting, Financial & Tax Services is a leading provider of comprehensive financial solutions for businesses and individuals. We are currently seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls and converting them into sales opportunities. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide them with the best financial solutions to meet their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients by understanding their financial objectives and offering tailored solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and determine the most appropriate financial products and services for each client
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every step of the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, marketing or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • This can be a part time or full time role
  • Pay is $100-$300 per closed deal
