IT Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the IT department, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documentation.
• Assist in maintaining IT department records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of IT reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
• Assist with data entry.
• Handle incoming IT-related inquiries and route them to appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support for IT-related events and projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience, preferably in an IT environment.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT-specific software a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Wage: $21 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Atwater, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
