Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

·       Interact with the guards in a respectful and kind manner.

·       Perform call back check-ins with guards.

·       Help cover call off coverage.

·       Maintain professionalism with department managers, staff members, upper management.

·       Manage incoming deliveries, adhering to client policies for UPS, Amazon, and other deliveries.

·       Monitor and open the front gate. 

·       Maintain accurate guard check in/call offs.

·       Perform vehicle key and gas card control after hours and weekends.

·       Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR) and report any incidents to upper management.  

·       Maintain Post Orders for locations.

Requirements:

·       Valid California Driver’s License or Identification Card

·       High School Diploma, GED, or higher-level education

·       Experience with writing (Daily Activity Reports) DAR

·       1 years’ experience as a dispatcher/knowledge of TrackTik system 

·       Position requires flexibility for working hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. (Must be able to be on call).

·       Bilingual/Spanish/Arabic is a plus but not necessary. 

·       Honesty and Integrity

·       Reliable transportation

·       Ability to react in high stress situations.

·       Practice HIPPA compliance

·       Good computer skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Multi-line phone system knowledge

·       Customer service skills

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Good writing skills

Physical requirements:

·       Must be able to sit/stand for 8-12 hours.

·       Able to lift to 50 pounds at times (occasionally)
