Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data 
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • ·         Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SL or complex ERP system a plus

    ·         Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping with a basic knowledge of general ledger

    ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

    ·         Superb time management and detail orientation

    ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    ·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ·         Self-starter, with the ability to work independently as well as part of our amazing accounting and finance team

    ·         Attention to detail and accuracy

    ·         2+ years of accounting experience with at least 1 year focused on accounts receivable

    ·         Ability to work in a high-volume environment

    ·         Hight school diploma a minimum.  A four-year degree in accounting, finance or related field a plus
