GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Manager are a vital part of this companies’ operations as it relates to the movement and organization of our product. Warehouse Manager are involved in day-to-day business with the opportunity to grow with the company. Must come to work each day with a positive attitude setting the right example for all the associates.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

A warehouse Manager has many duties. Warehouse Manager will lead all warehouse associates in the daily needs of the business. They will oversee the operation and maintain a clean and safe environment for our associates. Show the ability to motivate and build a strong team. Must have experience with heavy equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight. They must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a variety of temperatures. Must have the ability to complete tasks safely and on time. A warehouse Manager should be alert ambitious, hard-working, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to follow instructions

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Customer service for Customer pick-ups

Participate in planning meetings to ensure complete understanding of project.

Show flexibility when needed to react to customer or business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Education:

High School diploma

Experience: 2 yr as Manager

Prior experience working as a Manager in Warehouse

Reliable
Must be proficient in operating a forklift

Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours
Ability to work independently and safely with minimal supervision.

Flexible – ability and willingness to adjust to all situation

Other:

Must have the ability to communicate in English
Must have Driver license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS[cm1]
