Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, manifesting and/or packing shipments, as well as assisting customers with many other goods and services that we provide at The UPS Store. Our store hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sunday. Please note that the full-time Associate position does require open availability. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Resolve issues and concerns regarding any potential claims
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Manifest shipments
  • Pack items for customers as needed
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages for mailbox holders
  • Make copies and complete print services for customers as needed

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good typing and computer skills
