As a Financial Advisor Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Recruiting Leadership Team to pinpoint enterprise-wide hiring needs.
  • Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Actively sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to key openings.
  • Assessing candidates' knowledge and skills to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Managing the interview process to enhance the recruiting experience and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying current with industry trends through ongoing education and attending relevant financial industry seminars.
  • Ensuring job postings accurately reflect the company brand and recruitment requirements.
  • Developing and sustaining a professional network and vendor relationships to generate a steady stream of qualified applicants.
  • Reporting on recruiting metrics to track effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers and the Leadership Team on upcoming recruiting needs, providing candidate summaries, and managing the candidate pipeline.
  • Participating in various recruiting activities such as career/job fairs, target market career events, military transition programs, and client recruiting campaigns.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires, working closely with Hiring Managers to achieve high satisfaction and training levels.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
  •   Minimum of 5 years recruiting and sourcing candidates for competitive positions.
  •  Minimum of 5 years with recruiting resources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and FINTRIX/industry recruiting databases.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience sourcing candidates for sales positions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  •  FINRA license or State Insurance License a plus
