Position Summary: We are seeking a professional Club Manager with a proven track record in the entertainment or hospitality industry, particularly in managing upscale bars, clubs, or similar venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all club operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the integrity and high standards of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the club, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and venue maintenance.
- Hire, train, and lead a team of staff to ensure excellence in service and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
- Manage budgets, including labor cost, supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Handle scheduling, conflict resolution, and customer service issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with marketing and promotions teams to plan and execute events and specials.
- Cultivate a safe, inviting, and enjoyable atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a nightclub, bar, or related entertainment venue.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including operational, financial, and customer service principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and resolve issues under pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and club management software.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
